SUWANEE, Ga. - The Mount Vernon Varsity Wrestling squad was in action on Saturday, Nov. 15, competing at the Cliff Ramos Invitational at Collins Hill High School.

Four Mustangs posted Top-4 finishers in the event.

Chip Fahlbusch placed second overall in the 150 lb. weight class.

Pace Lilenfield was third in the 144 lb. field as well.

The Mustangs had two other wrestlers who finished fourth: Alec Fahlbusch (157 lb.) and Benjamin Easterlin (113).

Prior to the Cliff Ramos Invitational, MV competed in the Dunwoody Wildcat Open on Saturday Nov. 8.

The following were the top finishers for MV:

Pace Lilenfeld (144 lb.) - 1st
Chip Fahlbusch (150) - 1st
Alec Fahlbusch (157) - 2nd
Matthew Falcone (144) - 4th
Lewis Walker (113) - 4th

The Mustangs return to the mats on Wednesday, Nov. 26 at the Archer Thanksgiving Classic at Archer High School.

Matches are set to begin at 9 a.m.
