Mount Vernon Presbyterian School and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta are pleased to announce the 5th Annual Sports Physical Day. Sports physicals will be conducted (only) for Mount Vernon student-athletes on May 16, 2018 for the upcoming 2018/2019 athletic season.

This event will be held in the Glenn campus gymnasium from 3:15pm - 5pm. This will be a one time offered event at a pre-paid cost of $25.00 per child. Upon registration, your child’s account will be charged a non-refundable $25.00 for the cost of the sports physical.

A parent/guardian must accompany the student-athlete through each station of the sports physical day. Deadline to register is Monday, May 14, 2018.
