THOMASTON, Ga. - The Georgia High School Association (GHSA) released the first edition of the Class-A Private Football Power Ratings on Monday, Sept. 17, with the Mustangs (3-1, 1-0 Reg. 5-A) coming in at no. 12 overall in the polls.
The ratings are used to determine the Top-24 teams from Class-A Public and Private. At season’s end, those teams advance to the GHSA State Playoffs.

The Mustangs return to action on Friday, Sept. 21, traveling to Landmark Christian for a key Region 5-A contest.
