THOMASTON, Ga. - The Georgia High School Association (GHSA) released the third edition of the Class-A Private Softball Power Ratings on Tuesday, Sept. 24, with the Mustangs (11-9) coming in at no. 8 overall in the polls
The ranking is two spots better than Week Two, which had the Mustangs at tenth overall.
The ratings are used to determine the Top-24 teams from Class-A Public and Private. At season’s end, those teams advance to the GHSA State Playoffs.

The Mustangs return to action with three home games this week: Sept. 25 vs. Holy Innocents, Sept. 24 vs. Arabia Mountain and Sept. 25 vs. Lithonia.
