Lee will handle the play-by-play call for Friday's contest while Max Hanson, Middle School Dean of Student Life and Operations, will provide color commentary.
The Mustangs (1-2) and Eagles (3-0) are fresh off a "Bye" week.
Mount Vernon most recently defeated Mt. Paran 17-0 on Sept. 18 while Athens Christian took down Oglethorpe County 20-6 on the same day.
Friday's contest against Athens Christian marks the first meeting in program history for the Mustangs and Eagles according to MaxPreps.
Kickoff against the Eagles is scheduled for 4 p.m. at Mount Vernon's Upper Campus Stadium Field.
