Lee will handle the play-by-play call for Friday's contest while Max Hanson, Middle School Dean of Student Life and Operations, will provide color commentary.
The Mustangs (2-3) fell to George Walton last week 39-13 and will look to get back to .500 before the start of region play.
Loganville Christian (1-4) will be coming off a "bye" week, falling to Holy Innocents' 42-6 two weeks ago.
Friday's contest against Loganville Christian marks the third meeting in program history for the Mustangs and Lions according to MaxPreps.
Mount Vernon is 2-0 all-time against Loganville Christian, winning the last meeting 63-0 back in 2011.
Kickoff against the Lions is scheduled for 4 p.m. at Mount Vernon's Upper Campus Stadium Field.
