ATLANTA - The Mount Vernon Athletic Department is pleased to announce the hosting of the second annual MVEES Awards Night, scheduled for Monday night, May 17 at the Upper Campus Stadium Field.
The MVEES brings together the best Mount Vernon Athletics sports stories throughout the year in one amazing night.
Student-athletes will be recognized "ESPY Style" and awarded for best male and female athlete, best team performance, best individual performance, best comeback performance and courage award, just to name a few.
"We are incredibly excited about our MVEE Awards Night," Athletic Director Brad Dehem said. "Regardless of who wins an award, all of these student-athletes give a tremendous amount of time and energy to our athletic programs, and we truly want to honor them for their dedication and hard work with a special night."
The MVEES will run from 7:00-8:30 p.m. on Monday night.
