ATLANTA - The Mount Vernon Varsity Wrestling team was in action to kick off the new year, hosting the Pace Academy Knights on Wednesday night, Jan. 3 at the Upper Campus Gymnasium.
The Mustangs came away with a 36-33 victory to improve to 9-7 on the year.

The Mustangs are back in action on Monday, Jan. 8 hosting North Cobb Christian on Senior Night.
Matches are set to begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Upper Campus Gym.
